The Biggest and Best Classic Motor Show in the UK is Back – The Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show, with discovery+ Returns to NEC Birmingham

The Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show, with discovery+, is making a triumphant return to Birmingham NEC this winter. Running from Friday 11th November until Sunday 13th November 2022, the show brings together a fantastic array of classic car and motorcycle clubs, with more than 3,000 vehicles on display and over 600 exhibitors.

Offering a diverse and exciting display of classic cars, bikes and other vehicles, whether you are a fan of a traditional British classic, an American muscle car, vintage motors or retro hot hatch, the Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show is a must-attend for every classic car lover and bike enthusiast.

If admiring the vehicles on the show floor gives you a taste for your own classic car adventure, why not get behind the wheel with Sporting Bears Dream Rides, all whilst giving back to charity.

Whether you fancy yourself in a Ferrari or want to enjoy a lap of luxury in a Lamborghini, experience the car of your dreams in this unique and exciting experience. You can also enjoy a 4-mile spin with HERO-ERA Arrive and Drive.

The Restoration Theatre offers expert advice from leading mechanics and renovators on restoring and maintaining a classic car and vehicle and visitors across the three days can also help decide the winner of the show’s big prize, the Lancaster Insurance Pride of Ownership competition.

You can also shop for elusive pieces within the Autojumble and Trader Village, which offers a treasure trove of tools and parts for anyone maintaining and restoring a car, as well as books, paintings, badges and more.

Keen to learn from motoring celebrities and experts? With a jam-packed program on the discovery+ live stage, hosted by Wheeler Dealer’s Mike Brewer, hear from industry insiders as they discuss latest trends, must-have products, take part in interviews and showcase some spectacular classic cars.

If all the talk of classic cars gets visitors eager to look for their own, the show is the ultimate car showroom, leaving guests spoilt for choice.

Providing a wealth of marques for sale, with price tags to suit all budgets, whether you’re a seasoned collector looking to add to your fleet or a first-time buyer, visitors can shop on the show floor or head to Silverstone Auctions.

Show Director, Lee Masters, says: “The Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show is the biggest and best classic car show in the UK and the ultimate season finale for any classic car, bike lover and owner. We can’t wait to welcome visitors back to the Birmingham NEC and provide them with a show experience like no other.”

This year sees the show embrace the theme of ‘Part of the Family’. With classic cars bringing families and friends together, through clubs and memberships or as fond childhood memories, visitors to the show can celebrate and share their interpretation of the theme using the hashtag #partofthefamily. The show will share their favourite images over the three days of the show run.

Advance tickets can be purchased online before midnight on Thursday 10th November 2022 and all ticket information can be found on the website here
