Castlebridge Hospitality have signed a management agreement with Hotel Exe Limited to open and operate the new Hotel Indigo Exeter. Castlebridge Hospitality was selected as operating partner following their recent success in opening and operating their own three leading UK Hotel Indigo hotels: Hotel Indigo Bath, Hotel Indigo Chester, and Hotel Indigo Stratford upon Avon.
Hotel Exe Limited are developing this 104-bedroom Hotel Indigo within the iconic former House of Fraser department store. The hotel will open in summer 2022 with a destination ground floor restaurant and bar, a basement level sports bar and a rooftop bar and lounge which, with views across Exeter Cathedral and will quickly become an iconic venue in the city. In addition, the development will include an urban spa with 5 treatment rooms.
