Simon Hall, Castlebridge Hospitality’s Operations Director, said: “We are excited to be working with the team at Hotel Exe Limited to create what will be the city’s principal hotel. We love to deliver locally inspired and innovative restaurant and bar concepts and this hotel is a prime example of how Hotel Indigo draws on the local neighbourhood to inspire every aspect of the hotel, from intriguing design to locally inspired menus. Having recently developed and opened three of our own Hotel Indigo hotels, and with a further two in development, it’s great to strengthen our position as the leading manager of Hotel Indigo hotels in the UK and we look forward to welcoming guests in Exeter next year”.
