Heathrow's Redefine Your Beauty Campaign Returns with Immersive In-Terminal Experiences

Heathrow Airport has launched the second edition of its Redefine Your Beauty campaign, running from 5 August to 5 October 2026 across all four terminals. Delivered in partnership with global travel retail operator Avolta, the initiative brings together some of the world’s leading beauty and wellness brands through its World Duty Free stores, offering passengers a range of immersive in-terminal experiences alongside exclusive travel retail pricing.

The campaign builds on a debut that Heathrow describes as a strong success, establishing the airport as a destination for premium beauty shopping in its own right — not merely a transit point. With more than 200,000 passengers passing through Heathrow on approximately 1,300 flights each day, the airport represents an enormous captive audience for high-end retail brands.

What Passengers Can Expect

This year’s campaign introduces a refreshed creative identity across airport signage and in-store displays, as well as dedicated branded focus sites where travellers can explore individual brand ranges in depth. Experiences on offer include skincare consultations, express beauty treatments, fragrance discovery zones and interactive brand activations. Passengers spending £50 or more on beauty products are eligible for a 10% discount using vouchers available both in store and digitally.

Among the headline brand news for 2026 is the debut of Dr Barbara Sturm at Heathrow. The German skincare label, known for its science-driven formulations and premium positioning, will be stocked in World Duty Free stores, with exclusive samples and gifts available on qualifying purchases. French vineyard-derived skincare brand Caudalie will also feature prominently, offering a spin-to-win activation where passengers can win discounts and miniature products.

Established passenger favourites including Nuxe, Acqua di Parma and L’Occitane will continue to be highlighted throughout the campaign, underlining the breadth of the World Duty Free offer at the airport.
